I believe in the resiliency of the self and our predisposition toward healing. I integrate ego-state therapy with EMDR to reconnect with all the different 'parts' of ourselves and heal from old wounds, past trauma and current stressors.

Practicing since 2014. Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Lewis & Clark College in Portland, OR. Dually-credentialed as a licensed professional counselor (LPC) and certified alcohol and drug counselor (CADC).
