About Me

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years of experience in the mental health field. I have worked with individuals and groups across a variety of settings—including inpatient, partial care/day programs, outpatient clinics, and community-based services—serving as both a clinician and a supervisor. I was born and raised in Central Pennsylvania, and after spending much of my education and career in New York City and New Jersey, I deeply value working with, and consider myself an ally to, individuals from diverse backgrounds. In addition to EMDR, I am certified in Pain Reprocessing Therapy through the Pain Psychology Center and have extensive experience in addressing the complex emotional and physical layers of chronic pain.
