About Me

Welcome, my fellow traveler. As a culturally sensitive bilingual psychotherapist, I specialize in trauma, sex, gender, relationship, and eating disorders.

My clinical work is informed both by my professional training and my lived experience as an Asian queer immigrant/diaspora.

Dually licensed in California and China, and extensively trained across Europe, North America, and Asia, I bring you a unique integrative approach weaving together inner child/parts work (Internal Family System), body-oriented (somatic), and brain-based (EMDR) interventions, with a trauma-informed focus on attachment and relational dynamics (Emotionally Focused Therapy).
Most of my clients are those who've tried various therapists but still feel stuck; I'm honored to support them to unstuck and arrive at a place of inner calm.
