About Me

Please note: I am not currently accepting EMDR therapy clients, as my primary focus is supporting EMDR therapists through consultation.

I provide consultation for Upside EMDR therapists and other EMDRIA therapists pursuing EMDRIA Certification or Consultant status. My focus is supporting therapists in maintaining fidelity to the EMDR model while building confidence and clarity in their clinical work.

I am currently working toward becoming an EMDRIA Approved Consultant and have limited openings for consultation. Learn more about the UPSIDE (Uplifting Populations Support Initiative) through the EMDRIA Foundation: https://www.emdriafoundation.org/support-initiative/

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 18 years of experience. I provide trauma-informed care to adults navigating complex PTSD, ego state/IFS/Imaginal Nurturing, hypnosis, grief, life transitions, and relational trauma. I completed EMDRIA-approved Basic Training in 2023 and integrate EMDR regularly into my clinical work with individuals recovering from dissociation, narcissistic abuse, and religious trauma.

My approach is rooted in a compassionate, client-centered framework, integrating Internal Family Systems (IFS)/Ego State work, clinical hypnosis, and somatic processing to support depth-oriented healing.

I am currently licensed to practice in California, Arizona, Arkansas, Washington, Minnesota, Texas and Florida.

~A Note of Gratitude~

I want to take a moment to honor and thank the White Mountain Apache Tribe and the Indian Health Services team in Whiteriver, Arizona. Their generous sponsorship made it possible for me to complete EMDR Basic Training—a healing modality that now forms the heart of my work with trauma survivors and I am very grateful for the 2 years I was able to serve on the White Mountain Apache Reservation.

Because of their investment, I am privileged to support clients across multiple states as they heal from religious trauma, narcissistic abuse, racial trauma and complex PTSD. Many of the women I serve are also navigating the layered emotional and physical shifts of perimenopause and postmenopause. EMDR offers a gentle, integrative path back to connection—body, mind, and spirit.

I carry the Tribe’s generosity, strength, and commitment to healing with me into every session.
