About Me
I have been taking all the courses I can get my hands on for dissociation, pre verbal trauma, and chronic pain. When I am not studying EMDR I love to ferment foods, hike, kayak, cycle, garden and have fun with family and friends :)
Education & Experience
I have a Masters in Social Work I started my career in Forensic work with client's who had been d/c from court due to mental health. I then went into chronically mentally ill treatment for adult day rehab, medical social work and then trauma treatment.

I have volunteered on the White Mountain Apache Tribe in AZ and more. I love life and try to find the most impactful ways I can to help others and live life to the fullest.
