About Me

Reena’s practice philosophy resonates with the tenets of Transactional Analysis, “I am Ok- You are Ok’.She believes that most individuals have the capacity to make choices and decide their own destinies. She prefers working closely and partnering with her clients to guide them through their therapeutic journeys. Her aim is to enable and empower them to face personal, social, emotional, behavioural, familial, and marital challenges by promoting an awareness of their internal processes and helping to resolve them. She guides her clients to transform their negative beliefs into positive insights. Reena works with concerns like childhood trauma, hurts and pains, physical, emotional and sexual abuse, past distressing memories, negative beliefs about self and others, identifying negative patterns, self-esteem, relationships, communication, stress, anxiety, panic, depression and PTSD. She has an expertise in EMDR therapy, hypnotherapy and Transactional Analysis therapy. For severe mental health issues she works in collaboration with psychiatrists and psychologists to give priority to client’s safety and well-being.
