About Me

I have been practicing social work in a clinical setting since graduating with my Master's in 2010. I moved to the Denver area from New York in late 2014 because of my love of the mountains and the Colorado lifestyle. I have been in private practice since July of 2017 and love the flexibility to serve different populations and explore different specialties being an independent clinician has afforded me. My background is in cognitive-behavioral, dialectical behavioral, solution-focused brief, and acceptance and commitment therapies. I have been specializing in the treatment of trauma since shortly after working predominantly with clients living with anxiety and mood disorders, and realizing past trauma being a common thread to their current issues. In my free time you will find me skiing, rock climbing, hiking, biking, stand up paddle boarding, doing yoga, journaling, at concerts or live music events, at museums, traveling, camping, cooking, with my dog, family or friends.
