About Me
I am passionate about helping others reach their mental health and addiction goals, live a healthy lifestyle and thrive in their relationships. I believe therapy works best when it feels like a real conversation — one where you feel heard, respected, and gently challenged. My practice draws from evidence-based practices including cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness-based approaches, Erik Erickson’s Stages of Psychosocial Development, cultural competency, art therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, strengths-based interventions, Gottman, Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS) and EMDR.
