About Me

I am a licensed psychologist with over 13 years of experience in mental health. I hold a Master’s degree (2015) and a PhD (2020) in Mental Health from Zagazig University, Egypt. I have advanced training in evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy through the Beck Institute, where I am a Beck Institute Certified CBT Clinician (BICBT-CC), Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), approved by EMDRIA. I am currently pursuing accreditation in Mentalization-Based Treatment through the Anna Freud Centre. I am passionate about working with adolescents and adults to support their emotional well-being and enhance their quality of life in a safe and supportive therapeutic environment.
