About Me

I'm able to work with folks residing in Connecticut (CT), Florida (FL), and Illinois (IL). I often hear "I just want to have someone to talk to." My role in working with you is to be that person that you feel safe, secure, and connected with so that we can talk through whatever it may be that brings you to therapy. I value the therapeutic relationship and our connection as we move forward in meeting your goals. I believe that we all experience bumps in the road on this journey we call LIFE. I am committed to providing quality and effective therapeutic services to you. My approach is client centered, strength-based, and solution focused. I work with people of all ages from children to seniors. I provide clients with therapeutic services including individual therapy, family therapy, and/or group therapy for mental health, behavioral health, and healthy relationships.
