I specialize in trauma-focused therapy for caregiving professionals. I think of trauma as any life experience that may leave us with negative, limiting beliefs about ourselves, those around us, or the world at large. This encompasses everything from sexual assault to a demeaning comment made by a teacher 40 years ago.
