About Me

Some adverse experiences can change people and the way they see the world. Surviving trauma can leave a them feeling disconnected from themselves and the world. Their struggles may look like anxiety, depression, avoidance, chronic physical illness, loss of confidence, low sense of self worth, or grief that does not go away. I am specialized in EMDR Trauma Therapy. I am also trainned in Health and School Psychology, Disaster, and Performance Psychology. I work with adults who need support with adverse experiences connected to complex grief, disruptive family relationships, attachment wounds, medical and sexual trauma, childhood abuse, abandonment or neglect, neurodiversity and learning struggles, performance anxiety and or other stressful life experiences.
