About Me

I support adults working through trauma- and stress-related challenges associated with adverse life experiences, including grief and loss, attachment wounds, relationship difficulties, childhood abuse and neglect, abandonment, medical and sexual trauma, performance anxiety, neurodiversity-related challenges, and other overwhelming life experiences.

My work is grounded in the understanding that many emotional, behavioral, and physical symptoms are adaptive responses to adversity, attachment disruptions, chronic stress, loss, or trauma. I integrate EMDR Therapy with parts-informed approaches, somatic interventions, cognitive-behavioral strategies, and trauma-informed neuroscience to support healing, emotional regulation, resilience, and post-traumatic growth.

In addition to trauma recovery, I work with professionals, healthcare providers, mental health clinicians, executives, performers, and other high-achieving individuals seeking to reduce emotional barriers, enhance well-being, and optimize performance.

I provide psychotherapy and consultation services in English, Spanish, and French.
