During my 15 + years as a clinical psychologist, I have committed myself to finding ways to effectively assist my clients in self-exploration and personal growth. I utilize EMDR and Internal Family Systems (IFS) informed psychotherapy to help facilitate understanding, nurture acceptance and support change.
