About Me

I attended Florida State University, majoring in psychology and criminology. Afterwards, I graduated from the University of South Florida with a Masters degree in Mental Health Counseling. I became a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in 2015. I have 11 years of counseling experience, with 6 of those being specifically with the active duty and veteran military population. The other 5 years were spent providing counseling to adolescents and teenagers to reunify their families back together. Personally, I have been married for 13 years and have four children, ages 12, 8, 6, and 3. My clients would describe me as empathetic, compassionate, and transparent. As a therapist, I acknowledge that it takes courage to reach out for help. I will meet my clients where they are at and discuss goals together.
