About Me
I hold a Certified Canadian Counsellor (CCC) designation through CCPA, I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) through CRPO and have a Masters of Arts, Counselling Psychology. I am also an EMDR Trained Clinician (more info below) and have completed the following trainings; ADHD Certified Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP) and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional Level II: Complex Trauma (CCTPS-II).
Having someone to witness and hold space for your experiences can be transformative. I believe in the importance of working through emotions, trauma, and the underlying patterns and themes that shape your life. By fostering trust through non-judgment, and authenticity, I aim to create a space where you feel safe to explore and grow. Together, we will set goals for your sessions, understanding that these goals can evolve based on your needs.
This process is not about fixing you but about uncovering your strengths, understanding your story, and empowering you to move toward the life you want to lead. Whether it’s exploring deep emotions, addressing trauma, or simply finding balance, I am hereto walk alongside you every step of the way.
