About Me

- I have been using EMDR in my practice since 2012.
- I have received advanced training in Internal Family Systems (Level 1 completion, plus PA for Level 1).
- I have specialized training for working with those who are ADHD, AuDHD, ASD level 1, or identify as "Neurospicy" or "Neurodivergent".
- I provide both traditional and EMDR intensive experiences.
- Our office is located in Fredericksburg, Virginia

I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and have been in practice since 2007. I work with adults age 24 to elder adult.
