- I have been using EMDR in my practice since 2012.
- I have received advanced training in Internal Family Systems (Level 1 completion).
- I enjoy working with those who are ADHD, AuDHD, or identify as "Neurospicy" or "Neurodivergent"
- I provide both traditional and EMDR intensive experiences.

I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and have been in practice since 2007. I work with adults age 24 to elder adult.
