(She/Hers)
Preferred Name: Rochelle
About Me
I help individuals move beyond anxiety, trauma, relationship struggles, perfectionism, and self-doubt by combining compassionate, authentic therapy with evidence-based approaches such as EMDR, ACT and parts-work informed interventions. My goal is to create a space where you feel genuinely understood while helping you uncover and heal the experiences that may still be influencing your life today. Whether you're carrying unresolved trauma, navigating a major life transition, or simply feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, we will work together to help you develop greater self-understanding, emotional freedom, and lasting change.
Online & In Person options available.
Education & Experience
I am a Registered Psychotherapist, Clinical Traumatologist, and EMDR-trained therapist who has dedicated much of my post-graduate education to understanding how trauma, attachment wounds, and adverse life experiences shape emotional well-being. Through extensive continuing education and specialized trauma training, I help clients move beyond symptom management and toward meaningful healing at the root of their struggles.
