About Me

You are built to overcome. Whether you are struggling with trauma, anxiety, grief, relationship challenges, life transitions, or simply feeling stuck, you do not have to face it alone. My goal is to help you reconnect with your strengths, gain clarity, heal from past experiences, and move forward with greater confidence and purpose.

I believe that meaningful transformation begins when people feel seen, heard, and supported in a safe, nonjudgmental environment. Therapy is not about fixing what is broken—it is about recognizing your capacity for growth and helping you become the person you want to be.

Many of my clients are high-achieving professionals, caregivers, men, couples, and individuals who have spent years carrying responsibilities for others while neglecting their own emotional well-being. Together, we work to understand what has shaped your story, identify obstacles that may be holding you back, and develop practical tools for lasting healing and change.

Rewrite your story. Reclaim your strength.

Education & Experience

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Life Coach, and Mental Health Therapist with more than 12 years of experience providing counseling services and over 15 years of experience in social services, including child welfare work with the State of Texas.

Throughout my career, I have supported individuals facing trauma, depression, anxiety, grief and loss, relationship concerns, family conflict, stress, and significant life transitions. My professional experience spans community mental health, social services, and private practice settings, providing me with a broad understanding of the challenges people face across different stages of life.

My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices while recognizing the unique strengths, values, and experiences each client brings to the therapeutic process.
