About Me
I work with adults seeking greater safety, connection, and clarity in their lives. All are welcome, including those navigating loss and transition, neurodivergence, high sensitivity (HSPs), anxiety, depression, and trauma. I work with clients, at their own pace, to explore and begin to heal from painful experiences while making space for greater understanding, self-compassion, and choice. I work collaboratively with clients to build lives that feel safer, more nourishing, and aligned with their deepest needs and values.
I draw on IFS to understand each client's internal ecosystem, with care and compassion for the many parts that arise, and I use EMDR to identify and reprocess painful life events that continue to impact one's experience of the present. Together I find these approaches bring relief, insight, and meaningful change.
I bring warmth, curiosity and insight to my relationships with clients. I offer a space to be truly seen and heard while being supported in ways that are practical and meaningful to you. I honor the value and complexity of each individual's experience, and I draw on frameworks that facilitate lasting change.
Education & Experience
I have been practicing as a Licensed Professional Counselor for eight years since obtaining my Master's in Professional Mental Health Counseling from Lewis and Clark College in 2018. I have since worked with individuals through all phases of life. My experience has taught me the impact of trauma and of wider systems on individuals' mental health, and on the factors that contribute to growth, healing and resilience.
