About Me

I am a licensed clinical psychologist and EMDRIA Certified EMDR Therapist who works with adults and adolescents seeking support with something that matters to them. This may include working through specific traumatic experiences, anxiety, major life transitions, relationship or family concerns, or the challenges of living with a chronic health condition. I also provide parent consultation, with particular interest in supporting parents of neurodivergent children, including autistic children and children with a demand-avoidant/PDA profile.

My psychotherapy approach is grounded in Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP) and Core Self Reclamation Therapy (CSRT), with a foundation in psychodynamic and attachment-based work. I incorporate EMDR when it is a good fit, particularly for clients seeking to process specific traumatic experiences. I also draw from mindfulness and Polyvagal Theory, and am a Certified Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP) and Rest and Restore Protocol (RRP) provider.

I offer in-person sessions in the West Linn/Portland area and telehealth for clients in Oregon, California, and New York. I aim to provide a warm, individualized space where clients can develop greater understanding, shift longstanding patterns, and move toward meaningful change.
