About Me
As a dynamic and collaborative psychologist, I am committed to supporting individuals in their journey towards greater understanding, harmony, and healing. My approach is integrative, incorporating relational, family systems, behavioral, and mindfulness-based modalities. My deepest love is working with clients who are highly motivated to change—who are willing to take the leap of faith in deep therapeutic work to heal from trauma, reprogram their nervous system activation, and learn to thrive in a new way. I am currently offering in-person sessions in the West Linn/PDX area and am offering telehealth sessions for clients in Oregon, California, and New York. I also offer parent counseling/consultation, with expertise in all ages as well as parenting neurodivergent children. I am available for clinical supervision and consultation as well.
