About Me
I am a licensed clinical social worker with over 30 years experience. I have worked extensively with adults with histories of complex relational trauma. I also have extensive experience working with individuals who struggle with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, illness, loss, relationship issues, and life transitions. My approach to therapy is collaborative, nonjudgmental, client-centered, relational, and respectful.
Education & Experience
University of Illinois at Chicago, Jane Addams College of Social Work. Prior to working at the Chicago Center for Relational Health I worked at the Center for Contextual Change for 15 years and received extensive training in treatment of trauma. I have also worked in hospital based inpatient and outpatient mental health programs. I have used EMDR as a treatment modality for the past ten years.
