Rosemary L. Burns
Education & Experience
I received my Masters degrees from the University of Hartford in 2002, and since then have been in clinical practice working mostly with rural populations. I am licensed in Pennsylvania as a Licensed Professional Counselor (voluntary inactive status), and as a Psychological Examiner-Independent in Arkansas (active status). I started up a small private practice in 2011 where in addition to psychotherapy services, I also provide psychological assessments.
Professional & Volunteer Affiliations
I have been a member of the National Board of Certified Counselors since 2004. I have recently become a HAP volunteer and am currently working to set up a Trauma Recovery Network in Arkansas.
