About Me

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Private Pratice. I have been working in the Mental Health field since 1992 and have a wide range of experience including individual, family, couples, and group therapy. I am trained in Dialectical BehaviorTherapy, Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems and EMDR. Over my years as a therapist, I have become more interested and specialized in working with individuals whose lives have been impacted by trauma. I have treated those with acute trauma, childhood trauma, sexual trauma and relationship trauma such as Domestic Violence.
