My clients enjoy long-lasting change thanks to wholehearted, mutual commitment to therapy. Through commitment to specialized training and certification in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), I offer this and other evidence-based therapies for the treatment of anxiety/stress, anger, trauma, sex abuse, low self-esteem, and depression for clients 12 years and up. It is not easy being human, but you and I--and all humanity--are in this together. You do not suffer alone! Research bears out that we humans are social creatures who do better when we reach out.
