I work in the Sunnyland Neighborhood of Bellingham Washington. Some of the features of my practice? I work for myself (no boss?), I return calls, and I truly care about the people I work with. About me? I have ADHD, I'm a nerd, a Dad, an athlete, socially awkward, and I love Wes Anderson movies and Star Wars. I specialize treating trauma, anxiety, and panic. Expect some talking, some (EMDR) tapping, polyvagal exercises, jokes, and active banishment of negative self talk.
