Dr. Ryecobie Brooks-Gordon, PSY.D
Education & Experience
Dr. Brooks-Gordon received her undergraduate degree in psychology from the University of North Texas in 2011. In 2012, she received a Master’s degree in psychology with a concentration in Child and Adolescent psychology. She received her doctoral degree in the Applied Clinical Program from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology in February 2018. Dr. Brooks-Gordon received her “Sexual Assault Counselor” certificate in 2012 and volunteered with the Riverside Area Rape Crisis Center for a little over a year. During her doctoral practicum, Dr. Brooks-Gordon worked with children on the Autism Spectrum providing in-home ABA services. Dr. Brooks-Gordon worked with a wide range of adults and children during her pre and post-doctoral experience prior to licensure. Dr. Brooks-Gordon became a licensed psychologist in California September 2020 and in Texas March 2021. Dr. Brooks-Gordon is EMDR trained and is currently working towards certification.
