About Me

I am a licensed psychotherapist with years of experience treating trauma survivors. My general philosophy is that the past does not need to dictate your present or future life. Whatever the reason you may be wondering about this kind of therapy, if you’ve ever felt a little off or struggled to understand why you react to things the way that you do, then EMDR can untangle things in a way that talk-therapy often can't. I'd be happy to talk to you more about what you're looking for, and how you can start feeling better.
