Sabrina Tropper, MA, LMHC
(She / her)
Preferred Name: Sabrina
I am a licensed psychotherapist with many years of experience treating trauma survivors. My general philosophy is that the experiences you've had do not need to determine how you live the rest of your life. Whatever the reason you may be wondering about this kind of therapy, if you’ve ever felt a little off or struggled to understand why you react to things the way that you do, then EMDR can untangle things in a way that talk-therapy often can't. I'd be happy to talk to you more about what you're looking for, and how you can start feeling better.
