About Me
If you feel like you’re "faking it" or failing even when you’re doing your best, you are in the right place. Most people I work with work with tend to look put-together on the outside but internally feel scattered, exhausted, or stuck in chronic overwhelm.
My approach is direct, straightforward, and deeply trauma-oriented. I believe that many of the challenges my clients face, from burnout to executive dysfunction, are rooted in deep-seated survival patterns that have become their default mode over time. In our work together, we’ll move past surface-level coping to address the "internal friction" that keeps you from feeling grounded.
As an EMDR therapist, I will help you reprocess the underlying life experiences that is keeping you stuck. By integrating EMDR with body-based strategies and Internal Family Systems (IFS), we’ll work together to resolve the past so you can finally stop fighting against yourself and start living with clarity and intention.
I provide telehealth services for individuals across New York and New Jersey, with some in-person sessions at my NYC office.
