About Me

Have you ever felt like your therapist wasn't talking specifically to you? Finding a professional who specializes in working with your current situation ensures that someone is expertly trained to deal with your struggles. I specialize in working with adults and couples from emerging adulthood on to address trauma and negative thinking patterns in their lives. I help tackle issues that affect women including pregnancy/parenting/infertility, trauma, self-esteem, and eating struggles. Working from a trauma informed lens; I help clients to identify how their negative self-beliefs may be holding them back from reaching their potential. Utilizing EMDR and other modalities in treatment when needed; the focus is on identifying the negative self-beliefs that hold us back in life and contribute to many issues such as: depression, anxiety, self-esteem struggles, PTSD, eating disorders, and more. Helping to work through the core of the issue allows you let go and move forward in life. My practice is holistic based in nature, and rooted strongly on the notion of meeting clients where they are at in their journey. Addressing the individual from a strength based perspective to help encourage people along as they grow. Reach out today to discuss more about how we can work together to help you heal.
