I am an EMDRIA Approved Consultant, Certified EMDR Therapist, and Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) based in Vancouver, British Columbia. I specialize in EMDR therapy for adults experiencing complex trauma, childhood trauma, attachment wounds, dissociation, anxiety, high-functioning trauma, perfectionism, people-pleasing, and the effects of emotionally abusive or narcissistic relationships.
With more than 30 years of experience in public mental health and private practice, I bring an attachment-focused, relational, and nervous system-informed approach to EMDR therapy. I help clients understand and process the experiences underlying present-day patterns and responses, with the goal of creating greater choice, connection, and lasting change.
