As an EMDR Certified Therapist, I provide evidence-based treatment for trauma/PTSD, anxiety, panic attacks, phobias, and more. I am also experienced in helping clients work through challenging life transitions, self-doubt, issues with loved ones, and depression (with a specialized focus in postpartum depression).
