About Me
I offer virtual therapy in Washington State. I work with adults who are thoughtful, self-aware, and capable in many areas of life, but still find themselves feeling stuck in patterns of anxiety, overthinking, or unsatisfying relationships.
Using EMDR and a relational, attuned approach, I help clients make sense of how past experiences continue to shape present-day patterns. My goal is to create a space that feels both steady and engaging, where you can process deeply while also gaining clarity, direction, and a stronger connection to yourself.
