I am a queer cis woman in Albuquerque, NM. I am passionate about empowering others to see their own strengths and use their strengths to overcome challenges. I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental space to facilitate profound healing and peace of mind.
Education & Experience
I received my Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Human Services from Metropolitan State University of Denver, and I received my Master’s of Clinical Social Work Degree from New Mexico Highlands University. I have experience working with individuals, couples, and families. I primarily work with ages 12+. I have experience working with folks who have experienced trauma and abuse, queer folxs, and survivors of domestic violence. Aside from EMDR, I am trained in Ego State Therapy, mindfulness, Solution Focused Therapy, and utilize a strengths based approach.
