I provide individual therapy for adult women navigating anxiety, trauma, perfectionism, and ADHD. My work is trauma-informed and integrates EMDR with other evidence-based modalities to support lasting change.
Education & Experience
Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Florida, Master's Certified Addiction Professional (MCAP), Internationally Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (ICADC), and Florida Qualified Supervisor for clinical social work interns. EMDR-trained, with clinical focus on anxiety, trauma, and ADHD in adult women. Clinical background includes leadership roles in outpatient and residential treatment settings prior to founding Middleway Therapy.
