A little bit about me: I have been practicing EMDR since 2019 and have been helping people like you get unstuck from unhelpful thoughts, beliefs, patterns, and memories ever since. I provide therapy to clients 18 years+ who reside in Florida, North Carolina, or New Hampshire. I tend to focus on trauma, self-esteem, body image, and relationships in my healing work with clients.
