About Me

Often my clients come in saying they never feel "good enough" and struggle with self worth. They want to feel more confident and connect more deeply with themselves and others. By healing trauma through EMDR, we will address feelings of shame and insecurity so you can build self-confidence and feel more resilient and self-assured. Together we will process traumatic memories and negative beliefs about yourself so you feel less anxious, more grounded, and better able to cope with day to day stress.

Education & Experience

I specialize in attachment-focused EMDR and working with individuals who experienced childhood trauma (neglect, abuse, and traumatic grief). This approach is ideal if you experienced ongoing or "complex" trauma during childhood that continues to impact you today. Additionally, I utilize IFS/parts work and somatic approaches to support your trauma healing. I enjoy working with "high achievers" and people who are "first generation."
