About Me

As a Registered Social Worker and psychotherapist, I provide in-person child therapy, teen therapy, and adult counselling in St. Thomas, Ontario, as well as virtual therapy throughout Ontario. Children and teens can expect a safe, supportive space to express themselves, build coping skills, and strengthen emotional awareness. Parents can expect guidance, strategies, and insight into how to support their child’s growth, while also addressing family dynamics and relationships. Together, we explore what’s getting in the way and develop practical strategies to manage anxiety, depression, behavior challenges, stress, and family conflict. Whether you’re seeking counselling for your child, support as a parent, or therapy for yourself, I offer a warm, non-judgmental environment where healing, personal growth, and stronger connections can take root.

Education & Experience

I completed my BSW at King's College at the University of Western Ontario in 2009 and my MSW at Wilfrid Laurier University in 2020. My therapeutic approach integrates evidence-based modalities including EMDR, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing.
