About Me
My clinical intention is to create a safe space for folks experiencing struggles in life, and I actively welcome people to explore the various aspects of who they are, including gender, sexuality, neurodivergence, and different abilities. Interventions are designed with each individual to holistically support the body/mind system with evidence-based models and integration of movement and meditation, as appropriate.
Education & Experience
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Registered Yoga Teacher with thirty years of clinical experience, leadership, and collaboration; my path has led me to a healing practice with folks living with trauma and life stressors.
Professional & Volunteer Affiliations
In 2017, I became a Registered Yoga Teacher and served an internship with a mindfulness practice in 2018. I recently expanded this understanding with Somatic work, becoming a Certificated Integrative Trauma Practitioner using various body-mind interventions in the healing process.
