About Me
Life is not easy. It's a journey filled with unexpected challenges, worry, and stressors that can be difficult to navigate...and you don't have to do it all on your own. I see you. I hear you. I'm here to help. I work with individuals seeking support to develop a healthier relationship with themselves, and others. I support those navigating first-generation experiences by understanding generational cycles and integrating cultural identities. I support those feeling "stuck" seeking relief from painful experiences and emotions. I support those seeking healing. My goal is to create a safe space where you feel comfortable, accepted, supported, and encouraged to open up to the hurt, develop a different experience by finding solutions aligned with your values, and create rich, meaningful, and lasting change.
