About Me
I’m a Certified EMDR Therapist, EMDRIA Approved Consultant-in-Training, and Licensed Clinical Social Worker in North Carolina specializing in EMDR therapy for relational trauma, complex PTSD, attachment wounds, and interpersonal trauma. With over a decade of experience in the trauma field through education, advocacy, and clinical work, I help adults move from surviving to thriving.
I work particularly with adults healing from emotionally immature or narcissistic parents, difficult family relationships, relationship trauma, and experiences of interpersonal violence. My approach to EMDR is relational, attachment-focused, trauma-informed, and strengths-based, with attention to how harmful relationship dynamics and power imbalances can shape the nervous system, self-concept, and relationships.
In addition to individual EMDR therapy, I provide EMDR consultation for therapists seeking support with complex trauma, attachment-focused EMDR, treatment planning, stuck processing, parts work, and integrating relational approaches while maintaining fidelity to the EMDR model.
