Mrs. Sarah Beth Rutledge, LIMHP, LPC, LADC
About Me
I am a kind and dedicated Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner (LIMHP) and Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC).
I am certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) for trauma, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI). My clinical interests are diverse and include substance use disorders, trauma, depression, and anxiety for both adolescent and adult clients.
“I believe it takes courage to look into your own life and your problems, but to realize the strength that can come from within takes a little help. I want to be that person who helps find that spark and return it back into your life. One of my favorite quotes says, 'Courage doesn’t happen when you have all the answers. It happens when you are ready to face the questions you have been avoiding your whole life.'"
I am committed to helping her clients discover their inner strength and find the courage to address and overcome their challenges, fostering a path to healing and personal growth.
Education & Experience
I embarked my career by working with adults and adolescents struggling with addiction issues. Earned my Master of Science degree in Clinical Mental Health from the University of Nebraska at Kearney.
