About Me
Do you struggle with fear, anxiety and shame that affects your relationships with others and yourself? Do you have a hard time making decisions, planning for the future and day-to-day tasks? You may be feeling alienated and inadequate, but I can help with that.
In session with me, we will get to know each other and collaborate on curating a therapy space that fits your needs. We will work towards long-term goals at a sustainable pace while also making space for day-to-day stressors and issues.
Once you start therapy, you will begin to feel hopeful, maybe for the first time in a while. You’ll experience more self-esteem and confidence, as your wants and needs become more clear, all from a warm, nurturing therapeutic space.
I utilize EMDR therapy and practice through a trauma-informed, feminist therapy lens. All of the parts of your identity and lived experiences will be seen, heard and held. I have specialties in a few areas including religious trauma, millennial mental health, therapy for therapists, folks with cancer and politicized therapy for activists.
