About Me
I'm a licensed marriage and family therapist and EMDRIA Certified Therapist in Charlotte, North Carolina. EMDR has been my sole clinical focus for the past five years. I work primarily with high-functioning adults, including athletes and other performers, presenting with anxiety, burnout, and the effects of past trauma, many of whom have done well in prior therapy and plateaued.
My practice is private pay, in person in Charlotte and online across NC, SC, GA, and TN. I offer EMDR intensives and a 12-week program of 90-minute weekly sessions. Referrals and coordination of care are welcome.
