About Me

I am passionate about assisting individuals in achieving their goals for healing and recovery. I have worked as a mental health counselor since 2012, and have been an EMDR therapist since 2017. I believe that our most difficult experiences can be turned into our greatest sources of wisdom, and appreciate the opportunity to help clients do just that.
