About Me

I am a trauma-focused therapist with approximately a decade of experience supporting adults through anxiety, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, and life transitions. My work is grounded in the belief that healing happens when individuals feel safe enough to process their experiences, reconnect with themselves, and move toward greater emotional freedom.

I specialize in EMDR therapy and offer both traditional weekly sessions and EMDR intensives, which provide extended, focused sessions designed to support deeper trauma processing and more accelerated healing. I work collaboratively with clients, meeting them where they are and supporting a pace that feels safe and sustainable.

My approach is integrative and client-centered. When it aligns with a client’s needs, I may incorporate parts work and other trauma-informed modalities to support deeper understanding of internal emotional experiences. I also welcome spiritual exploration in therapy when it is meaningful to the client, including themes of identity, purpose, and belief systems, always guided by the client’s values and goals.
