I am a thoughtful, caring person who values connection with the people in my life. I am a creative person, I take a creative approach to helping clients and solving problems, finding what works best. I seek to understand each client, and work together to identify solutions to challenges. I believe therapy is a way to work through these challenges, learn, and grow.
Education & Experience
I hold an MA in Art Therapy Counseling from Southern Illinois University-Edwardsville. I have been providing therapy services for 17 years working with adults, adolescents, and children in community mental health centers, private practice, community art settings, schools, and tech companies. I completed EMDR Training in 2017.
