About Me

Hello! I am an experienced licensed clinical psychologist. My orientation is relational psychodynamic, which means my clients and I approach problems through the lens of past and current relationships. My style is minimally structured and highly client-centered: you set the agenda and the pace. I also use EMDR, cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness, and family-systems techniques where they fit best. I see individuals and couples age 13 through older adults. My areas of specialty include depression, anxiety, trauma and PTSD, and relationship issues, among others.

Education & Experience

I earned my BA from Yale University, post-bac training at Columbia University, and doctorate from Long Island University Brooklyn. I trained at Beth Israel Medical Center in NYC and the VA hospital in CT, and have worked with university students at Fairfield University, the University of New Haven, and Long Island University.
