About Me
At the core of my approach to therapy is a belief that you are the expert on your life. As your therapist, my role is to support you, offer a safe place for you to show up and do the work, and help guide you. I want therapy to be safe, effective, accessible, and meaningful. I also believe laughter to be therapeutic in and of itself, and I love laughing with my clients. In sessions with me, we will work through the road blocks that are keeping you from showing up in your life the way you want to. We will work together to overcome the obstacles that are bringing you to therapy.
