About Me
When I was a young teen, I had a mentor in my life that encouraged me to be brave and face challenges that scared me. Those challenges, I know now, were all part of typical childhood and adolescence. Now as a wife, mother and therapist, I am passionate about guiding teens, young adults and women through the complicated times life brings. I aim to bring warmth and humor with a judgment-free space for each individual to breathe and do the hard work of the healing and growing process. I have experience in adolescent and family crisis intervention through working in higher levels of psychiatric care, as well as training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and trauma treatment. I utilize DBT, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy to meet each client where they are in their journeys. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

I received my Master of Arts in Professional Counseling from Dallas Baptist University and am a Licensed Professional Counselor (License No. 72416)
