Online Therapy

About Me

As an EMDR-trained therapist, I take a collaborative, hands-on approach to therapy. I'm an active listener who isn't afraid to dive into the hard stuff alongside you. When the process feels overwhelming or easy to get lost in, my role is to help us step back, regain perspective, and find a clear way forward toward healing.

As a member of the LGBTQ+ community, I bring a lived perspective to my practice and deeply honor the unique responsibility of holding space for others within our community.

Outside of my practice, I find balance and joy in spending time with my family and my dogs.

Education & Experience

I hold two Master's degrees: an M.S. in Clinical Psychology and Clinical Counseling from Capella University, and an M.A. in Forensic Psychology from Argosy University. With nearly a decade of experience in the mental health field, my background spans diverse settings, including school systems, assisted living facilities, communities behavioral health agencies, and private practice. I work with clients across the lifespan, supporting individuals ages 13 to 80.
