About Me
I am an EMDR-certified Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 15 years of experience helping adolescents and adults heal from trauma, attachment wounds, anxiety, and painful childhood experiences that continue to impact relationships, self-worth, and emotional well-being.
Many clients I work with struggle with deeply rooted beliefs such as “I’m not good enough” or “I’m not safe.” Through EMDR and evidence-based therapy, I help clients process past experiences, reduce emotional and physical trauma responses, and move toward greater healing, connection, and emotional freedom. I also support women navigating the emotional impact of testing positive for the BRCA 1 and BRCA 2 mutation in ways that feel empowering rather than fear-driven.
Education & Experience
I earned my Master of Social Work (MSW) from Hunter College School of Social Work in New York City. My clinical training took place in mental health clinics, schools, and academic settings throughout NYC, providing a strong foundation in trauma-informed, community-based care.
